At Kids on the POINT, we have a passion for providing family-centered and play-based care. Our dedication to professional development on brain development and sensory integration, along with our community partner collaborations, allows us to use well-informed and individualized approaches to provide the highest quality of care for each child and family. 

Occupational therapy services are provided to children across the lifespan within the different environments where life happens! We support children and families to engage in the activities, or “occupations”, they want and need to do throughout their life. We are committed to building a collaborative relationship with each family and meeting the child exactly where they are at, looking beyond behaviors and diagnoses with curiosity and compassion. 

With a sensory integration background, we strive to support children with all abilities through therapeutic activities that support human development and well-being, regardless if you “qualify” for therapy services in a traditional model. We believe that all children deserve to connect and feel safe as they navigate their world to experience the joys of being a kid!

Kids on the POINT OT is focused on supporting children to fully engage in all the activities that occupy their time, such as self-help skills (dressing, toileting, feeding), socialization, school engagement, and play. We believe in targeting goals by supporting a joyful spirit and a play-based approach. Play is the developmental medium where children gain motor skills, learn social skills, and expand their creativity. We are dedicated towards empowering families to find success in implementing new tools and strategies that promote overall wellness and improved participation in daily living skills.
